Shipping Destinations

Bash Bliss currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods (including major promotions and holiday seasons), processing times may be longer due to higher order volume.

Please note: Selecting Express shipping affects transit time, not processing time, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout (availability may vary by location):

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Carriers

We ship using multiple partner carriers and will select the best fit based on destination, service speed, package requirements, and operational considerations. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package size/weight, and selected shipping speed. Occasional promotions (including free shipping offers) may be available for a limited time and may include exclusions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the order has shipped. Transit times can vary due to weather, remote locations, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. 

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and will be communicated to you as they become available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bashbliss.com or Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For some shipments, customs policies apply. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout as a separate line. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Split Shipments

To get your order to you efficiently, items may ship in multiple packages (at no additional charge to you). If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details where available.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area and with household members/neighbors, and
  2. Contact the carrier for additional delivery details.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@bashbliss.com or Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage (item + packaging)

We’ll work with you to resolve it based on the situation.

Force Majeure

Bash Bliss is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor stoppages, or governmental actions).
